Giveaway: Fantsy Facade

June 3, 2010

Posted in: Giveaways & Product Reviews

This giveaway is now closed.

We made it safely home yesterday after a fabulous vacation.  It sure was nice to unplug and unwind for a while, but now I’m back to give away some more free stuff!  Exciting, right?

In my on-going effort to introduce you to some wonderful new products this summer (I KNOW you love that I am doing this!), I’m continuing my series of Thursday giveaways with a fantastic new sponsor, Susan with Fantsy Facade.

Susan is a gal after my own heart.  After growing tired of looking at her boring, unsightly medicine cabinet for years, she decided to take matters into her own hands and created an easy-peasy DIY framing system for recessed medicine cabinets.  With options for matching mirror frames and trim, Susan is here to help you make over your bathroom without the huge expense of remodeling.

Fantsy Facade comes in a range of molding styles and colors (including unfinished wood options if you want to use your own paint or stain) and is simple to use.  You just slide it onto the mirrored medicine cabinet door and it is secure once mounted.  It won’t bind the hinge and is designed to fit into most tight spaces.  How great is that?

Check out a few different Fantsy Facade options available to you:

Legacy in Dover White

Mission Contemporary in Tricorn Black

Classic Rosette in Burnished Walnut

Do you want the chance to win one of two $100 gift certificates to Fantsy Facade so that you can make over YOUR recessed medicine cabinet?  Of course you do!  Here’s how to enter:

1) Go to Fantsy Facade’s website and pick the color and molding choice you’d like for your frame.

2) Come back here and leave a comment, telling me your color/molding choice -AND- what state or area of the country you live in.

3) Make sure you leave an email address so I can contact you if you are one of the two big winners.

This giveaway will be open through Sunday, June 6th.

Good luck!

Chiming in from Maryland! We’re moving into a new apartment in July and would love to spruce it up with one of these! Love the Burnished Walnut and Mantel Oak stains with either the Bordeaux or Vintage molding styles. :) Such a cool, unique product! Thanks!

I’m in love with these! We just moved to Ft. Rucker, Alabama and live on post. The military bathrooms leave much to be desired and I was just thinking how great it would be to somehow put molding around our medicine cabinet mirrors. Ingenious!

I love sage green in Provencal, or dover white in Pioneer.

I LOVE your blog! Thanks for the wonderful ideas!

Lina, I’m reading these great blogs on this product I invented, but just had to comment on yours… I’ve been to New Jersey and other than the airport (which is just awful). I had to go to Boonton and Norwood. I took that parkway route and it was really quite pretty. I also got lost, and everyone that helped me was so nice. Thanks for your wonderful comments. Susan

Hi there! I LOVE LOVE LOVE these things! What a great way to spruce up the standard accessories in my condo. I live in AZ and would appreciate having the “Vintage” molding in “Dover White.” This would match my “oyster” walls in the bathroom – when I chose “oyster,” I thought it was more silver but what I got was more lilac….. was pretty sure the ordeal would end in divorce but my husband actually liked it! phew!

My favorite is Dover White with the Legacy molding style. I am always trying to make our house look more like a home every time we get stationed somewhere else. My husband is a Naval Flight Officer which has landed us in many different locations for the past 14 years. We are currently stationed in Tampa, Florida and loving the heat and sunshine.

I’d have to do something in the Burnished Walnut, I think. I live in a suburb of Phoenix (Gilbert) and we just bought a bank owned home. It needs some love. Badly.

The Vintage frame in white would definitely solve my last problem in the bathroom in our circa 1930 bungalow, which had suffered from a very bad 1970′s remodel by the previous owners. We have been lovingly trying to restore it’s 1930′s charm on a limited budget–and the last ugly thing in my bathroom is the medicine cabinet. Thought about replacing it with a reproduction one, but the recess is never the right size and ours has a partial tile surround that made me hesistant to cut into the wall. In my mind, the solution has been to frame it, but I couldn’t figure out how to make the molding stay on–clips, glue? These folks at Fantsy Facade have read my mind! Love it! We live in Springfield, Missouri.
